Yes Autumn has arrived and so has the  busy season for Halloween spooky cakes, devilish cupcakes and eerie shortbread biscuits!.

all of these are in the shop on display ready to be ordered for those MONSTER MASH parties been held in Urmston and surrounding areas of Manchester .

The wedding cake season has slowed down after terrific year. Many thanks to every one who trusted me to design there wedding cakes when only open just the year for business.

Orders are now rolling in for next years weddings and looks like it will be a busy one!

Once Halloween and bonfire is out of the way the Christmas stock will be in the shop .

This year we are adding two new lines to our Christmas stock these are homemade Christmas puddings (made and maturing) and boxes of handmade truffles boxed and ribboned. Ideal for a small thank you gift or perhaps a table gift for Christmas lunch.

We have decorated fruit Christmas cakes you will be able to buy off the shelf plus the usual sponge novelty cakes that can be ordered.

Chocolate logs and Gingerbread houses gift packed will be also available to buy straight away.

Not forgetting our unforgettable mince pies.

Cupcakes towers available or individual can be designed to your Christmas requirements.

It looks like we have a very busy season ahead of us and we look forward to seeing you in the near future.

The Queens Diamond Jubilee is upon us ,and here at Elaines Creative Cakes we have been very busy creating. We have a spectacular window display which seems to be drawing a great deal of attention. We have held a competion with Our Lady of the Rosary R.C. school.The children had the chance to design either an 8″ cake or a cupcake design for the jubilee. Two winners will be chosen this week and the winning designs will be recreated in cake. Many thanks to every one who entered and to Miss Malloy the school head teacher for allowing this.

The wedding season is well under way with brides from all over Manchester and the North West calling in to see us. Our reputation is spreading so thank you very much.

Spring has sprung! and Easter is upon us. it has been a very busy time here at Elaine s Creative Cakes . In March I had Two very successful demonstrations in Davyhulme and Urmston .Thank you to all who came to support me.I finish my last teaching class in Manchester”decorating celebration cakes for pleasure” for the Easter holidays.I will be restarting mid April.We have some great designs for Easter for you to order ,there are the usual novelty cakes but also a few desserts that can be made to order.Just ring or call in for more info.

The next few months are going to be very busy .We have the Diamond Jubilee( a range of novelties to follow). And of course the Olympics.
